From July 26th to 30th 2019, in the evocative setting of the Southern Walls of Montagnana (PD), the third edition of “Calici Sotto Le Mura” was held: a charity event organized by “Tutti per Chiara Onlus” to which we had the honor to attend.
Chiara was a young researcher who died in July 2016, at the age of 26, in a tragic accident in Bolivia, where she was working on research on thalassemia.
“Calici Sotto Le Mura” was created with the intention of carrying forward Chiara’s mission, raising funds for research.

Our fine organic wines, as well as being the subject of tasting at our stand, were the protagonists of an extraordinary culinary show held on the evening of July 28th.
Silvia Moro, chef of the renowned Aldo Moro Restaurant in Montagnana and Chiara’s friend, delighted the eyes and palates of those present with a spectacular Cooking Show in which she presented a three-course menu combined with three of our wines.
The menu included an extraordinary Gallina in saor as an appetizer, to which we combined our Diana, a still Malvasia ideal to counteract the sweet taste of white meat.
Following a first course: a delicious Risotto with beetroot, prawns and goat cheese accompanied by Jupiter, whose flavor is well combined with the aromas of the dish.
Finally our sparkling wine Genesi closed the tasting with the classic and timeless Tiramisu prepared by Silvia.

It was with honor and deep respect and happiness that we decided to actively contribute to the event and its important cause.
